The Lookout II is like the original Lookout I but, for added value, has a pull-out tray at the bottom to hold food and water dishes, toys, chews, leash.The Patented Pet Car Seat Lookout II is the perfect booster seat for pets up to 25 lbs. that like to ride with you in the car! Seat belt slot for security. Comfortable foam form with lambs wool interior and nylon quilt exterior that is secured to foam body with elastic. A connecting strap is included for the seat belt to join the harness connection. Use in the house as a bed or in the car as a booster! Use with a harness and strap for pet security.
Note: It is recommended that the Lookout Pet Car Seat be used in the back seat.

UPS Over Sized Freight Policy:
Shipping & handling charges are based on the shipping weight and destination of the products ordered. UPS Over sized items require additional shipping & handling charges and are excluded from the free freight policy. "UPS Over sized rates are determined by package size. If a package is 84"-108" in length and girth combined, UPS charges an "Over sized package rate of 30 lbs (even if the item weighs significantly less than 30 lbs); if a package is 109"-165" in length and girth combined, UPS charges an Over sized package rate of 70 lbs (even if the item weighs significantly less than 70 lbs).
*Reminder: Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

If you would like to return your item, we will accept postage paid returns ONLY after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Please email us to request authorization and further instructions within 48 hours of delivery. Item must be returned within 30 days in order to receive refund.
All returned items must be in new, resalable condition including all hardware and instructional components and in original packaging (if applicable).
Refunds provided less shipping/handling/insurance/restocking costs. If returning item that included FREE shipping, we will deduct the original amount that we paid to ship from refund.
For your own protection, we suggest that you return the item with a delivery confirmation, insurance or signature receipt to ensure that we receive the return. We can't be responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.
