If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund your total purchase price less shipping costs within 10 days of receipt.

The item must be in its original condition. In order to receive your refund, you must re-pack and palletize the shipment and ship it to us with the freight prepaid. We will arrange for the same trucking company to come and pick the shipment up. We will be happy to pass our shipping discount along to you. If you are returning an item which came with free shipping, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the original refund.

WARRANTY

Our own metal furniture line offers a lifetime frame warranty and a one year warranty on the finish. All other products offer a one year warranty and the memory foam mattress line comes with a 20 year warranty.

Since we are true wholesaler, we do not offer inside home delivery and set up. Our shipping charges include curbside delivery only. The truck driver will only bring your furnishings to the rear of his trailer. Depending on the product you purchase, you will most likely need two people to help unload the truck. Please let us know if you will be unable to help the driver unload your purchased items off of the rear of the truck. If you are unable to do so you will need a lift gate for an additional $90 on top of the final sale price.This is our way of offering free or the lowest price possible. However, we can ship directly to a delivery service in your area; it will be your responsibility to make all the necessary arrangements.

We take every precaution to prevent damages to the furniture. However, some situations are beyond our control. If your shipment does arrive damaged, please note the damage on the truck driver's delivery receipt. If you find any hidden damage when you open the boxes, you must notify us within 24-hours of delivery. This will be necessary for filing a damage claim with our freight carrier.

PAYMENT

The winning bidder must respond within 3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. If you do not respond, the item will be relisted and the contract is void. Payment must be received within 7 days from the end of the auction, with the exceptions above. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express.
