A great costume for parties..  The outfit is also a perfect costume for Victorian or Edwardian characters in plays or reenactments or for caroling at Christmas.

This outfit has an ivory long-sleeved, poly blouse with a high collar and  lace and ruffles down front  at neck and cuffs.and button front. .   

 The skirt is a red with green tartan plaid on the bias. Fitted waist with back zipper.  Long and flares medium full.

.Included are a Dicken-style hat made red brocade, a small black lace piece to use as a collar or fichu, and a dark green velvety bag on a cord...

Outfit is about  a 7- please check measurements -bust is about 36", 15" across back shoulders, sleeve is 23"..  skirt waist is a 27"-  and 39" long in the back and  88" around the bottom.

Dress has been worn once or twice..  It  is in  good condition, no holes or spots I could find.  =ready for many parties!!
