Please keep in mind, the Ratings, esp on the Delivery speed, are not to reflect the USPS shipping time. they have nothing to do with Ebay and their rating system. If you chose MEDIA Mail, it is cheap and very slow up to 2 weeks. When I send my packages out, I always send you there USPS tracking #, via ebay messages that evening....sometimes the USPS messes up and can take longer, this is when you need to contact your local post office branch, I have found 90% of the cases ...it is a local postal carrier - recipient problem. Maybe they left you a NOTICE, because it didn't fit in your mailbox? Maybe Someone else at your home, collected the package and did not inform you? Did you Move and not Update your shipping information? These are problems on your end .
