This box set includes 12 Santas From Around The World. They stand 4.5" tall and are made of ceramic or porcelain, I'm not sure which. They are in perfect condtion, free from chips and cracks, though they could be cleaned well in the crevices. The box is a little worn and a little piece of styrofoam is missing from the inside. Not to worry, I have sold this set before and they will be packaged very carefully, and insuance will be included in the shipping price.
