The fastest and most reliable way to contact us is via e-mail. Your messages will be answered promptly Monday through Friday in most cases. Emails received on weekends and holidays will be answered the following business day. Since we do not use eBay's messaging system to respond to emails, if you hide your email address from us, you will not receive our response.

Regarding Spam Filters:

Tracking information and other mail regarding your questions or purchases may sometimes be incorrectly classified as spam or bulk mail by some email clients. Check your bulk folders frequently, or add *@arrindy.com to your exceptions list. If we require a response and don't receive one, we will assume we're being ignored and will proceed accordingly.

Shipping:

General Information:

• Items will be shipped to the address provided with your payment.
• Tracking numbers will be sent to your registered eBay and/or paypal email address directly from UPS and will include "Asset Recovery & Recycling" or "AR&R" in the message body.
• Items will be shipped as soon as possible, but may take up to three business days. Large items may incur additional delays which are beyond our control.
• All items will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise noted. Stated shipping rates include insurance.
• Shipping discounts are often available when purchasing multiple items. Please request an invoice prior to sending payment to take advantage of combined shipping.
• Automatically calculated shipping discounts may be subject to correction, at our discretion.
• Shipping via UPS ground is not available to PO boxes (except for pickup at the receiving station), Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories. See additional information below.

Regarding PO boxes, APOs, and non-standard shipping:

• Items not exceeding $500 in value may be shipped by US Priority mail to your P.O. or A.P.O. box.
• Additional charges usually apply for all items shipped via US Priority mail. Insurance is extra, and required.
• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories outside the lower 48 states will be sent via US Priority mail.
• Shipping via US Priority mail may not be available for all items. (e.g. large or expensive items). If this may pose a problem for you or the item you're bidding on, please confirm availability before you bid.
• At your request, items may also be shipped via UPS ground and held at the destination station for pickup. Stated shipping rates (including insurance) will apply. Available in the lower 48 states only, valid photo ID required for pickup.
• In rare cases where shipping via UPS ground and US Priority mail are not available, items may be shipped via UPS expedited services. Again, please confirm price and availability before bidding. Buyer pays actual shipping and handling charges.

Local Pickup:

Local pickup and payment are available at no charge, and by appointment only. Arrangements for pickup must be made at least a day in advance. Items must be paid for and picked up within 7 days. You must bring a printed copy of your eBay winning bidder notification or PayPal receipt as proof of purchase. If using PayPal, please submit payment after requesting an invoice to avoid paying shipping charges.

International Shipping:

Not available. No exceptions.
