A Shimmering, Sparkling PAIR OF VINTAGE, ETCHED BRASS ASHTRAYS FROM INDIA are today's offering. These beautiful Vintage Ashtrays are 6-Sided, with stunning, twisted Rope edges, 3 indents for placement of cigarettes, Etched Swirls around the 6, inner flat areas and a Gorgeous Center Apple Blossom style flower! They each MEASURE 4.75" at the widest point and they stand approx. .75" tall. They are a nice, heavy weight and quality pieces, both MARKED "MADE IN INDIA" on the bottom.
One of the trays is in EXCELLENT, NEW CONDITION with a beautiful shine. The other, while a matching piece, has spotting of oxidation or some form of age spotting. I believe that if you were to use some brass cleaner on this piece, it would end up as gorgeous as the first. NO damage to the pieces and they most likely date to the late 1960's or early 1970's.
