We inspect all products before shipping, however if you feel that you have a defective product, you will need to contact us and allow us to try to trouble shoot any issues with you firstr. If you happen to have a defective product or are not happy with the performance for any reason, our policy is the same as if you were buying from any brick and morter store.
If your product is defective, you are responsible to get the product back to us and then get it back home again. 
We will do the exchange and send you back a new replacement after the shipping has been paid for.
