1.     0.99 to 99.99 Order

a.     International orders are shipped via First Class International Mail with a maximum weight of 4 pounds.

b.     Orders greater than 3.5 lbs are upgraded to USPS Priority International.

c.     Shipping Costs are calculated by net weight of order multiple by postal rates plus 3.50 USD per order.

d.     First Class International Mail does not offers  insurance
