   WET:

Put 1 drop of dish soap in a 8oz. glass of water, use this to CLEAN the surface well! Now you can WET the clean surface with your water /soap mixture and apply the sticker onto the WET surface. Now you can smooth and slide the sticker slightly over surface to center and place exactly where you want it. Dry the excess water from the area - let it air DRY for 30 minutes.

   DRY:

Peel away just a bit of the backing and press the exposed sticker backing to CLEAN surface. Very slowly, smooth sticker with a credit card as you slowly and carefully peel away the backing left to right.
