~ Exceptional ~

This is a very large vase from a Miami estate.  It is unsigned.  It looks like Moser Glass but could be one of his contemporaries.

It is amber colored cut with elongated thumb prints around the bottom.  The base is cut with half thumb prints as is the upper rim.  The bottom is ground and polished.

The body of the vase is encased in a gilt frieze depicting Greek Mythological scenes.  It wraps completely around.

Be sure to view all the photos to appreciate the exceptional detail. 

 

Condition: No chips, cracks, scratches or cloudiness.

Dimensions: About 9" tall;  6 1/4" across the rim.
