Complimentary Gift Cards

We are pleased to include simple complimentary gift tags or cards with any item.  Please indicate what you want the card or tag to say, including whom the items are for and who it is from.  We do not include any paperwork with prices on them in gift packages.  We are sorry but we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Sizing Selections for clothing, collars, shoes, etc.

Please check the sizing charts for each garment and measure your pet.  In pet care lines, each individual garment may have a different size breakdown from others, even when they are made by the same manufacturer.  Never guess at the size.  Each listing contains a size chart with measurements provided by the manufacturer for that particular garment.  If you are unsure about what size to order please contact us via email at ReliableTraders at AOL dot com for assistance.  Please give us the breed, age and size of the animal as well as any measurements you have taken.  We frequently consult with a veterinarian regarding different breeds and their body types to assist us in getting the correct size for you.  We are always happy to help out in this way and can sometime offer alternatives when we are unable to provide a suitable garment, boot or collar.

Shipping Destinations

We ship world wide.  We reserve the right to refuse service and issue a refund in the event a problem or concern arises with any particular destination address.

Combined Shipping Discounts

Combined shipping is available on most items.  Email us with your zip code and a list of the items you are interested in, including the sizes, and we will send you a firm shipping quote with a discount for combined shipping.  We base these quotes on actual item weight so we need to know the sizes and other specific details.  Please include your email address.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping fees are based on actual item weight and available shipping methods.  We charge minimal handling fees to cover the actual costs of packaging materials and our actual costs for order processing.  We do not inflate our handling fees.  They represent what it actually costs us to prepare your package for shipment (i.e., boxes, envelopes, labels, payment processing fees).

Return/Exchange Policy

We offer returns for exchange or store credit only.  We do not offer refunds.  If you are unsure about what size to order please contact us for assistance.  In the event you need to return an item for exchange contact us for a return authorization.  Returns should be sent to Reliable Traders, 2017 W. Calle Pacifica, Tucson, AZ 85745.  Be sure to include either the packing slip or some other documentation that identifies you and/or your eBay screen name.  We ask only that each customer pay the actual costs to ship your replacement when you request an exchange.  We feel it is unfair to raise our prices for everyone just to cover the cost of shipping on exchanges for some. 

Warranty

All new items carry the manufacturer’s warranty which will vary from item to item.  See individual listing for notice of specific guarantees.  All used items are sold as is unless otherwise stated.  We guarantee all items not to be Dead on Arrival.

From time to time we post photos of our “customers” (the four-legged ones that is) on our web pages.  Send us pictures of your pets anytime.  Please include their names and a little information about the pet.  Send them to ReliableTraders at AOL dot com.

Accepted Payment Methods:

We prefer PayPal.  For any other payment methods please contact us for prior authorization.

Shipping Response Time

We ship all packages within 1 business day of receipt of payment.  We ship Monday through Friday only.

Shipping Methods

We ship via the US Postal Service or FedEx.  If you select UPS on the shipping calculator we will ship your package via FedEx.

Shipping Address

We ship to the PayPal address.  Be sure to include the correct shipping address when processing your PayPal Payment.

Sales Tax

We add Arizona state sales tax for all items shipped to Arizona addresses.
