International bidders, please make sure your DVD player can play the listed DVD before you bid.  Whether a DVD disc can play on a unit has to do with whether your DVD player can play DVD from other countries (regions).  Do not ask me if my disc can play on your unit as I simply cannot tell you anything about your DVD player.

Australian bidders: For total security against items not arriving, I offer registered postage within Australia.  International bidders: I offer insurance as an option.  However, bidders can still opt for non-registered postage within Australia or non-insurance for international. But in refusing registered postage or insurance, bidders are assuming all the risks not me.  Should item/s not arrive it is not a reason to provide a negative feedback or threaten me with anything as I believe my record speaks for itself and I have nothing else to prove.  Leaving negative feedback is more a reflection on the buyer than on me.

I will be packing items carefully but I am not responsible for items getting damaged or items getting lost once posted, they should be registered or insured in the first place.  Don’t hold me responsible for anything that is beyond my control.

Due to the volume of emails I get, all emails and communication must mention what items you are talking about as well please or they will be ignored.  All bidders are encouraged to use the “Contact The Seller” button in the listing to communicate, it makes it easier for me to access communications from anywhere and identify the item being discussed.

Please please please all finalised bidding must be paid within 7 days or risk a non-paying bidder strike.  I do not waste my time emailing buyers begging for payments.  As a buyer, it is your responsibility to stay in touch and pay on time.  Therefore, unpaid item reminder may be send without warning when payment is not received.  If buyer cannot be contacted, or does not reply to emails, I will cancel the sale.

Preferred payment is by direct deposit, money order or bank cheque.  But PayPal also accepted.  However, payment send by snail mail may be delayed as I do not check my PO Box everyday.

Payments by e-Cheque or by credit card through PayPal is always delayed till bidder’s funds are cleared.  I will only send items once payment is cleared into my account.

As all my listings are 100% satisfaction guaranteed, all problems are addressed.  THIS MEANS: if you have any problems let me know first and the problem will be attended to.  Leaving negative feedback is more a reflection on the buyer than on me.  I will only leave feedback when buyer is satisfied and left feedback first – this is not negotiable.  Despite nothing wrong with the transaction, leaving a “bad transaction” as negative feedback is a reflection on the buyer not me.  Please do not bid if your feedback is kept private and hidden, or if you do not intend to follow the conditions set out here.

For various reasons, I do not accept pick up.  Please do not assume anything, ask questions to avoid any misunderstanding and ask them early please.

Bidders, please make sure your address in your eBay profile is up to date and ACCURATE.  If an item is returned-to-sender for any reason, buyer to pay for the re-posting of the item.

I have been known to post items minutes after payment is received: weekdays, weekends, holidays, midnight, dawn, daybreak, 24/7, etc.  So any instructions to send items to address other than that listed on eBay or any other instructions are best discussed before bid is placed and let me confirm receiving the instruction before payment is send. Otherwise, your instruction might not arrive in time.
