This auction is for 1 highly detailed farm house in N scale, as pictured. Built from a kit by MODEL POWER (Item #1513) with extra details added. Includes "glass" windows, a covered porch, a "mud room" entrance, Bilco-type cellar doors, and gutters with downspouts. The yard includes a doghouse, a dinner bell, a water pump, shrubs, sidewalks, and a white picket fence. Extra added details include interior lighting, 3 painted figures (1 man and 2 dogs), and the base has also been completely covered with very realistic looking landscaping materials. This is another one with exceptional workmanship. Very well done.

Note that the unbuilt kit for this structure currently retails for $22.98.
 
The dimensions are 3 1/4" W x 5 1/4" D x 2 3/4" H.
