1 - All Food/Drink items are purchased upto 7 days after payment is received
to assure the freshest products & lowest prices for my customers!  These
items are mailed out once a week, estimated time of delivery ranges from 7-15
days, if these items are needed by a special date/time please message seller
before ordering.
   A - Chocolates: although rare, may become a lighter brown to whitish from air
travel. This does not render the chocolates "bad". If some melting has occured
let item sit in the fridge for upto an hour before serving.
   B - Chips/Crackers/Dry Noodles/Cookies: are packed the best way to limit
(if any) smashing or breakage during shipping. Slight smashing may occur,
only excessive damage will be considered for a refund or replacement.
   C - Factory Sealed & Dated: all fooditems should be factory sealed and have an
expiration date stamp (if maker does justify it as a dated/parishable item),
if a seal is broken or date is expired a replacement or refund will be given,
please notify us within 3 days of receiving item.
   D - Another Brand: than the one pictured/titled may be shipped if seller knows
that the taste & quality is the same. Where this is the case it will be posted within
the listing of said item, if not then seller will notify you before shipping said item.
   E - Discontinuation: of an item can be done any time without further notice, this
is usually done if a particular flavor of an item is too hard to find in local markets,
if a maker discontinues said item or if seller sees fit. If you have an outstanding
paid order for such an item you will be given a full refund.

5 - DVDs/CDs are sent out all intact, however rare sometimes a case might get
cracked or chipped during shipment ... this is out of my hands and it would only
be the case that would have damage, not the disc.
