Test Procedure:

1. We test for basic functions on all of our items that have been opened or we will note that the item has never been opened.
2. We describe (to the best of our ability) any flaws or imperfections and we will list in detail only the items that are included in the auction. It is up to the winning bidder to acquire any accessories not included in the auction at his/her own expense.

Warranty:

1. All items are sold "AS IS" and does not come with any type of warranty from us, the seller, any retailer or the manufacturer.
2. These items are part of a large lot of merchandise from a major retailer and it is unknown why the item was returned, if it was ever used or if it was a display model.

By placing a bid or clicking “BUY IT NOW” you are accepting the following terms:

1. All items are sold “AS IS”. This is an auction sale and all sales are considered FINAL.
2. The item condition and/or included accessories will be described in detail to the best of our ability. In the event you are not satisfied with your item, you may contact us within 72 hours of receipt of item.
3. We strive to accurately describe and photograph each item and/or accessories so that you may see the condition of the item and the parts included in the auction.
4. Payment must be made with in 7 business days. If payment is not made within that time frame, we will open an “resolve a problem” with eBay. We also reserve the right to re-list the item or send a “second chance” offer to the next highest bidder.
5. We do not accept returns as a company policy. However, in the event that we, the seller, incorrectly describes the item condition and/or accessories we may make an exception and depending on the circumstances, a partial or full refund may be issued. This is if and ONLY if there is a mistake made by us, the seller.
6. If you, as the winning bidder, want to back out of the auction, you will be responsible for the re-listing fees that we incur as a result.
7. If you are unsure of what you are bidding on, please ask questions before placing a bid.

Payment and Shipping:

1.      Please make payment within 7 business days.

2.  Unless the item is specified as “Free Shipping”, you, the customer are responsible for shipping cost on all items.

3.      International bidders are welcome; however, we will ONLY ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International. NO exceptions. Once the item has left our shipping dock, we cannot guarantee the time frame that your home country’s postal service provides.
