Our promise to you:  We assure that every item we sell is of good quality and brand new, unless stated otherwise. We sell new- self pull and overstock items and occasionally used items. The condition of the boxes are not guaranteed but the item is. We guarantee that your item will be working when you receive it (unless stated that it is for parts or repairs). If it does not work properly, please contact us immediately and we resolve the situation. Our goal is 100% Satisfaction for our customer and to receive a 5 STAR rating feedback from you.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.  All emails will be answered in a timely manner.  All items come from a Smoke Free Environment.

Payment: Payment is due at time of purchase. PayPal is my preferred payment method. If you need to arrange a different type of payment please let us know before buying.

Shipping: We ship weekdays, usually Mondays - Fridays.  Shipment times vary depending on the delivery location and the size of the order. The post office says 3-10 business days. We ship to the contiguious 48 states only. No international shipping.

Insurance: Insurance is no longer a shipping option with e-bay.  We take very good care in packaging each and every item.  If you would like to add insurance please email us before purchasing and we will add it to shipping charges. Some items that are fragile and/or expense have insurance included in the price. It will be stated if this is the case.

Return Policy: We will gladly accept your return within 7 days, if the item is not as described, for a merchandise credit or refund (minus shipping).  All sales are final unless item is significantly not as described. We are not perfect so if we do send the incorrect item, let us know and you will be sent the correct item and we will pay shipping charges for you to send us back the incorrect item. Please make sure items are the correct size, model, etc you need. Please contact us first, because returned item must be unused, in resellable condition and in original packaging.  We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, and will work with you to make that happen.

Vacation notice: If we are on vacation it will be noted on all listings. You may purchase during our vacation however your item will not be shipped until our return.
