If your item is damaged, we will replace it with a new, non-damaged item at no extra charge. There is NO EXCEPTION to this rule. We will ONLY replace damaged products with the exact same style and size, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

If a refund is granted for any reason, it will incur a minimum 25% restocking fee. Shipping/handling and insurance fees are not eligible for credit. Only the purchase price of the eBay item will be credited. If returns do not follow the guidelines in the enclosed return form, the merchandise will be discarded at our discretion and the customer will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
