We sell brand new and used items, display models, open box items overstocks, shelf pulls, customer returns and reconditioned/refurbished items. The Item Classification is stated in the main listing.

NEW items are typically in the original factory box and may have been a display model, customer return, shelf pull or overstock item. These items are new, unused with all attachments and instructions unless otherwise noted.

USED items are simply that. They have been used by the customer and returned for whatever reason. The customer didn’t like the functionality of the item or it was defective and we were able to fix the problem.

RECONDITIONED/REFURBISHED are items returned to the manufacturer, which are inspected and restored to a like new condition.

DAMAGED items will vary in the degree of the damage. The damage is stated in the main listing of the product description.

We sell a variety of merchandise at the lowest possible price. We want and need buyers to remember that we are completely different than a retail store. Our merchandise comes from many sources such as manufacturer overruns, discontinued models, open box and customer returns from retail outlets, or scratch and dent facilities. The majority of these items are in perfect, new condition. However, some items may have slight imperfections, which are noted in the main listing. On occasion, original factory packaging will be damaged so we fix the original packaging or repack items when necessary. Again, the item may be brand new just not in the factory box.

We carefully inspect and test most items we sell to the best of our ability. We test items for basic functionality only. We cannot test every feature/function of an item. However, because of the diverse nature of our products we often know very little technical information about some of the items we sell (go to manufacturers website for additional information and technical support). Sometimes an item is listed as "untested" because we do not have the proper equipment to test the item. This will be noted in the main listing and we make no guarantee about the functionality of the item. An untested item is sold "AS IS" with no guarantee or warranty and cannot be returned.

We only accept returns if we shipped the wrong item, grossly misrepresented an item or guarantee the item works and it arrives DOA. In this case, please notify us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue. We will not accept returns for incompatibility issues related to hardware/software items or if an item is returned without authorization from us.

All sales are final. Payment is due within 5 days from the date of purchase unless other arrangements are made prior to bidding on an item. Our preferred method of payment is Paypal.

If payment is not made within the guidelines of our auction terms the buyer will be turned in to ebay as a non-payer. The purpose for this is to recover some of the expense associated with having to relist the item.

Shipping charges are listed in all our auctions. We only ship within the United States. Additional shipping charges apply for items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping charges also apply to items shipped to PO Boxes and APO’s. Prior to bidding, please email for a quote of the additional shipping charge.

Our preferred method of shipment is UPS. All items shipped using UPS are insured. Insurance is optional on items shipped USPS. Prior to bidding, please notify us if you prefer your item to be shipped USPS and want insurance. We will not be held responsible for items damaged during shipping that are not insured.
