This lovely Cylinder Roll Secretary Desk weighs approximately 190 pounds, and measures 89 ¼” in height, 42 ¾” in width, and 25 ½” in depth.   The height from the floor to the top of pull out writing surface is 29 ½” and the storage compartment behind the two bottom doors measures 15 ½” in depth, 38 ” in width and 18 ” in height. This beautiful Large Walnut Victorian Cylinder Roll Secretary Desk is ready to add charm and elegance to your home or office!

The handsome Bookcase Top, is adorned with elegant crown moulding, raised burl panels and rosette roundels that provide the perfect accent for the lovely glass doors. The glass doors have wooden knob pulls and open to reveal three adjustable storage shelves on which you can display your fine collectibles and or books.  These adjustable storage shelves measure 36” wide by 9 ½” in deep.  Two small dovetailed drawers with picture frame moulding and wooden knobs complete the handsome Bookcase Top. Please note that the handsome Bookcase Top is attached to the gorgeous Burl-Clad Cylinder roll base and can be removed from the lovely base for shipping purposes.

The gorgeous Burl-clad Cylinder Roll base is dressed with two wooden knob pulls and opens to reveal a wonderful storage compartment with a pull-out black felt writing surface. The storage compartment behind the Burl-clad cylinder roll door is divided into four small compartments with birds-eye maple scalloped valances,  on medium side compartment and two medium center compartments, one elegant birds-eye maple dovetailed drawer and four birds-eye maple small faux drawers. 

 Next,  beneath the gorgeous cylinder roll is a beautiful dovetailed center drawer with fabulous raised rectilinear burl panels and an intact lock with working tasseled key.  Two raised vertical burl panels provide are found on each side of this beautiful center drawer. Ample storage opportunity is found behind the two lovely bottom doors, which are dressed with rich fancy raised burl panel accents and wooden knob pulls.  Elegantly carved sconce on the sides of the base provide the perfect accent for these lovely bottom doors.
