Subjective Words: The terms “NEW”, “LIKE NEW”, “VERY GOOD”, “GOOD”, AND “ACCEPTABLE” are EXTREMELY SUBJECTIVE and have different meanings to different people. My definitions are: New- Sealed, Used- I will use “Very Good” for No Noticiable Scratches, “Good “for Minor Scratches but still plays and describe any KNOWN factors that may cause problems Terms of Sale: Payment by PayPal is expected within 3 days after auction closes. If you need more time to pay through PayPal please email me within 3 days to let me know the situation. Failure to do so may result in a non-paying bidder notification being sent to Ebay, possibly limiting your ability to buy on Ebay. Unless item is significantly not as described or item is defective, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! I resell **USED** CDs, and occasionally other items such as DVDs and books, purchased from various sources and am unable to listen or view all of my inventory. **USED** CDs and DVDs can be expected to possibly have light scratches that do not affect play and slight cosmetic flaws to the case. With CDs, I attempt to replace the case if the current one is damaged significantly, meaning it is unable to do the job it is intended to do. Sometimes I will have some with holes or slots in them that do not affect its performance. I do preview a sample to try to prevent damaged product from slipping through, but am unable to do so with everything. In most cases, skips or light scratches can be corrected with a thorough cleaning. If you purchase an item from me that does not play and can not be corrected, you may consider that a defective item. Shipping: I ship next business day after payment. Pay before Noon EST Ships Same Day! Return Procedures: Should you have a defective or NOT as described item, please contact me via email so that I know that there is a problem. I will likely ask that you return the disc and artwork WITHOUT THE JEWELBOX via first class mail. I will refund the purchase price, postage paid, and return postage paid upon receipt of returned item. Failure to contact me first will result in less than a complete refund.
