Is totally optional unless stated or requested, we are 100 percent NOT responsible for damage once it is out of my hands, we make every attempt to package and ship all items in the best and fastest manner possible, occasionally shipping accidents occur which is very rare, if you have any special needs please notify us in a separate email, we will not file an insurance claim until the shipping agency has told us it is missing or damaged and you must wait out this process with us if it occurs. We prefer buyer to get insurance in their name. All international shipments may take 4 or 6 weeks unless you need it sooner and want to pay for expedited shipping
