High bidder is getting a brand new souvenir card issued to commemorate the fourth National Postal Forum held in Washington, D.C. from August 28th to 30th, 1972. Depicted on the card is a block of four of United States 8¢ Scott's # 1396 eagle stamp. Souvenir card measures 8" by 6" with a great printed signature of the Postmaster General; card is in Excellent Condition and ready to add to your Philatelic collection!
