PERSONALIZATION INFORMATION

Please include personalization information under NOTE or MESSAGE on the PayPal payment page.
Please verify that all requested information is included before clicking on the button to send payment.

Information needed to customize this invitation:
1. Name of baby as you'd like it to appear on the invitation
2. Day of week, date and time of birthday party
3. Location of birthday party (place, street address, city, state)
4. RSVP date, first name and phone number
5. Design number and name
All invitations in a set will be the SAME design and have the SAME personalization.

VERY IMPORTANT: Check your email often after payment is made
in case of questions about your order. Make sure that your
Ebay email address is correct as I can't communicate with Buyers
when the emails are returned as "Undeliverable."
Also make sure that my email address will not be blocked by your SPAM filters.

Not submitting all requested info with your payment
will delay processing of your order.

Payment to be made in U.S. funds with any major credit card through PayPal.

New Jersey residents must add New Jersey Sales Tax to the high bid.
