Vintage Style Cody Foster Xmas Small Light Green House

    Once upon a time I thought I wanted to make those little cardboard Christmas houses.  I went so far as to buy a quantity of chipboard (lightweight cardboard).  The chipboard is in a pile under a bed.  Why on earth would I go to that trouble (except for the creative outlet) when I can buy these confections?  Really they're so sparkly, so ornamented, so covered with glitter and cute little add ons and stained glass windows and cotton batting and little bottlebrush trees..... Am I gushing?  I think I am.  When I opened the boxes and saw these in person I was impressed.  So glad I bought them, they'll be so hard to part with, I want to keep them all!

This is one of the smaller houses.  Stands on a 6 by 6 inch base and is about 7 inches high.  But just because it's smaller doesn't mean anything was left out! Cute pink triple roof with a chimney on each. Green house with yellow entryway and red bottlebrush trees. A little snowman and mushrooms stand in the front yard.  Cotton batting on roof, red cellophane windows.  The entire house and base are just covered in sparkly glitter flakes.  Just a magical thing!

  There is a hole in back for lighting.  The company recommends you don't use any electric lighting.  I just found that a little battery operated led light will fit in the opening just perfectly (not included) and will light up the windows.  Cute cute cottage!  Bottlebrush trees surrounding house are not included but are available in my other listings.
