PAYMENT POLICY:  Payment of the final auction price, listed shipping charges, and shipping insurance (if purchased) must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction. We prefer PayPal.

SHIPPING CHARGES:  These items are normally shipped via US Postal Service Media Mail. See below for other shipping methods.                                              

SHIPPING METHODS:  We ship these items via US Postal Service Media Mail to US destinations unless otherwise noted in the item description. US Postal Service Priority Mail or Express Mail may be requested and will be an additional cost to the buyer. Please contact us via Ebay message if you have any questions on shipping charges.

SHIPPING PROMISE:  We promise to ship your item within 24 hours of receipt of a cleared payment for items in which payment is received on Sunday through Thursday. For items in which payment is received on a Friday or Saturday, shipment will be on Monday, if Monday is a holiday these items will be shipped on Tuesday. (Due to the ever-increasing price of fuel, we can no longer ship items on weekends or holidays, the Post Office is too far away to make this feasible).  Please remember that there may be times when it is not possible to ship an item with 24 hours, for these rare situations, we will notify you via Ebay message.

SHIPPING INSURANCE:  We offer shipping insurance on all items being shipped to US destinations, unfortunately we can not offer shipping insurance to international customers at this time and we apologize for this inconvenience.  We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your item in the unlikely event that it is lost during shipment. Shipping Insurance costs $1.70 for items totaling $50.00 or less; an additional $1.70 will be required for items over $50.00. Purchasing shipping insurance will guarantee that you will get your money back from the US Postal Service if your item is lost during shipment. We are not responsible for items lost during shipment.

INSURANCE CLAIMS:  When insurance is purchased by the buyer, the seller and the Post Office personnel fill out the appropriate form and a portion of the form is attached to the package and the receipt portion is given to the seller who maintains it in the event that damage or loss occurs. The buyer must notify the seller that they need to file a claim. The seller will then mail the receipt to the buyer who initiates the claim with their local Post Office. For damaged items, the buyer MUST take the damaged item, all of the shipping materials, insurance receipt and sales receipt to their local Post Office to file the claim.  For lost items I believe insurance refunds are pretty much automatic, for damaged item claims the Post Office reserves the right to deny claims based on inadequate packaging of items. Please ensure you consider these conditions when deciding whether or not to purchase insurance. NOTE:  We package all of our items with top quality materials and all do care and caution to insure that they arrive at their destination safely but accidents or loss occasionally occurs.  Please contact us via Ebay message if you have any questions.

RETURN POLICY:  In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is not as described or pictured in the auction listing, please contact us via Ebay message immediately upon item arrival and return the item to us within 7 days. Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded. We reserve the right to inspect the item prior to shipping a replacement item or issuing a refund. If the results of our inspection of the item are favorable we will send you a replacement item identical to the auction listing for the item you purchased. If no replacement item is available and the results of our inspection of the item are favorable, we will issue a refund for the initial cost of the item and initial shipping charges. In the event our inspection of the item reveals damage or other misuse not normally caused by routine handling during shipping, we reserve the right to refuse to replace the item or grant a refund.
