Roseville Pottery Bittersweet Gray Hanging Basket 861-5

• This is another hard to find hanking basket. IT is a Rosville Circa 1951. It was not a huge line so it may not have got as much attention as some of the bigger lines like Pine Cone. Orange pods or berries with green leaves winding across the vessel with brown branches as handles. They came in soft background colors of terra cotta rose or green all with a soft satiny matt glaze.Many neew unusual shapes were designed for this pattern.  
  

Condition: Exceptional. It has been gently uses and it shows a little. ... Look at my photos as they will aptly show the condition and the crispness of the mold and vibrancy of the colors. You will be very pleased with this purchase.I can see using it for a potpourii or many other things. Dried flowers. Possibilities are endless.

The chains may be original and they come with it. They are 20 inches long. They are bit..rusted.
