Any returns must be only for items severely not as described. Seller needs to be contacted within 24 hours of receipt to claim a return. No returns will be due to USPS damage, as that is what the optional insurance is for (insurance is required for delicate or antique items). Returns will receive the credit back via Paypal once received by seller and no shipping charges (either to or from) can be refunded.
