We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not absolutely pleased with your auction item — for any reason — we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the winning bid. Simply return the item to us within 14 days via insured parcel post or UPS. Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Products returned in other than new condition will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee.
