• Everybody lose money if you receive watch and decide it is too big or too small for you!  If you have any question regarding this watch or payment, please ask before you purchase it.  Turn around time for answering your question will be 5 minutes to 10 minutes (if I can just reply it - Do not hide your email address when you ask question) or 1 business day if I have to answer it through eBay Mail.

• Please have correct / current email address in your account in eBay and Paypal.  You will never get reply from us if your email is old, not correct, mail box is full, your mail box reject our email, or etc.  So if you want our reply, please have CORRECT email address in your eBay/Paypal accounts.
  

SHIPPING Policy:

• Your item will leave our warehouse same day to 2 business day.  Most of the time, it leaves within 1 business day.
• Shipping is absolutely Free via First Class for US, but Insurance is not.  We will not be responsible for any damage or loss to your mail package if you do not purchase insurance.  Insurance is very cheap, and I have metal watch cases completely destroyed during transit.  Please purchase it to protect your item.
  
• If you would like to receive your item quicker, please choose Priority or Express Shipment.
• Every package will have tracking number.  You will receive tracking email from Paypal.com, UPS.com, or eBay email from me with tracking number on it once we create shipping label.  Tracking email will go to email address you registered with Paypal.com.  If you don't receive tracking email within 2 business days, please SPAM or Junk folder.  If it's not there, please email us to get tracking number:  LGUInternational@gmail.com.
• Please have correct address eBay and Paypal account before you purchase our item.  We have few occasions customers have moved, but still old email address and mailing addresses.  It cost too much time and money to receive undeliverable products and shipping it again. 
  

• We can ship worldwide. 
• For this item, we cannot reduce value to help you with Customs Taxes.  If we declare $50 for this item, then only $50 is covered under insurance.  Also, it is against law and against strict eBay policy.  So please don't ask us to reduce the value on customs paper.
• Customs Tax is customer's responsibility.  Please check with your customs office whether you have to pay tax or not BEFORE you purchase the item.  Please don't complaint to us about VAT (Customs Tax) after you receive bill from your Customs Office.
• Have a correct address in both Paypal and eBay, and we must have your phone number to put it on your package.  Please have phone number in your eBay account.  If you don't, we have to wait until we get your phone number.  You can send us seperate email with your phone number on it.
  

RETURN Policy:

• Your item comes with customer satisfaction guarantee.  If you don't like your item you receive, please contact us within 7 days. We must receive return item within 7 days of us reply back to your inquiry.  We will exchange or refund money.  We have very low rate of returning product, and everybody is 100% satisfied.
• All item returned must be in PRISTINE CONDITION including boxes as you receive.  If not, we are sending item right back to you.  Each boxes have items numbers on it that we cannot just use different box.  Please use enough protection to return item, so boxes don't get crushed during shipping back.
• For Refund, there will not be restocking fee, however we have to deduct $5.00 for shipping fee (for free shipped items plus insurance we purchased insurance) or whatever shipping and insurance cost we spent to ship your item if you chose faster route.
