Turnaround time from the time you receive the email that your item has been shipped and the time you receive it, is 1-10 days in North America and 6-12 weeks if sent regular ground outside of North America. Canada Post does not allow for claims until 15 business days have elapsed from date of shipment and all a trace will do is show me/you that it was shipped and from where.

$1.30 per $100.00 (recommended but not forced on orders under $100, all orders over $100.00 you must purchase insurance at $1.30 per 100) Please note all orders that are not insured are sent at your own risk and I have no control over lost or damaged merchandise.
