The English Philosophers from Bacon to Mill edited by Edwin A. Burtt, Professor of Philosophy at Cornell Univerity is copyrighted 1939.  This is a Modern Library Book pre-1971 which I determined by the fact Bennett Cerf is noted as a publisher and he passed away in 1971.  The philosophers covered are Bacon, Hobbes, Locke, Berkeley, Hume, Gay, Bentham, James Mill and John S. Mill.  The cloth hardcover is in good condition with normal wear for its age.  The 1041 pages are clean and unmarked.  The binding is intact.  The book overall is in very good vintage condition.

I only accept Paypal and ship via Media Mail.
