 Warranty and Returns
 
-This item has a 14 day limited warranty.  If you were to receive a defective unit we will exchange it at no cost if you request an RMA number and return instructions within 14 calendar days from the time the order is shipped.  If the item shows any kind of misuse or abuse we will not honor the warranty.  If the item is damaged during installation we will not honor any warranty.
 

 Shipping and Handling
 
-Shipping to the US is $1.99 and only $3.75 abroad. US Buyers will be provided with a delivery confirmation number at no extra charge.  Just check your paypal account for your delivery confirmation number.
-We are usually able to ship the same day or within 24Hrs of receiving an order depending on how busy we are at any given time.  This is of course during regular business hours.  We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
-We cannot control delivery times.  Most of the time the packages are delivered on a timely basis but if your shipment is delayed by the post office it is not our fault, please lets blame those responsible.
 

 Payment
 
-We accept paypal from verified customers with a confirmed address. If you send the payment and then want to cancel or if a non approved payment (from an account that is not verified) is sent there is a non refundable $3.00 fee for time lost plus whatever charges we had incurred.  Once the order is placed it is very difficult and time consuming for us to make a change.  Any changes requested will incur in a $3.00 charge if we can make them, you should call the number above to request the change as if you send a message the order is likely to be processed before we get to the message.  If we get the package back as undeliverable, incorrect or incomplete address there is a $4.00 reprocessing fee.  Once the order is in process we cannot change it or cancel it.
