PAYMENT:

1. Payment should be made within 7 days after winning the bid. Otherwise, an unpaid dispute will be submitted to ebay and the buyer will receive an unpaid strike.

SHIPPING:

1. We ship to US addresses only.

2. Items are shipped within two business days after payment cleared, unless specified in the listing. A delivery confirmation number (if shipped through USPS) or tracking number (if through Fedex) will be emailed to the buyer automatically (sometimes in your spam folder). Contact us if the email didn't reach you.

RETURN:

1. All sales are final. Returns must be requested within 7 days after delivery, and ONLY for products Dead on Arrival (DOA).

2. Please make sure the product IS DEFECTIVE before the return (follow the manual carefully, call the manufacture, etc.).  We will test the item after receiving the return. If it does be defective out of the box, a full refund will be made. If the item works fine, we will CHARGE a 15%-20% restocking fee and only a partial refund will be made.

3. Items we sell usually have one year manufacture warranty. For problems during your usage, please contact the manufacture for technical support or warranty claim.
