Step 1 - Repair: If a product malfunctions during warranty period we will repair it.
Step 2 - Replace: If all attempts to repair product during warranty period fail we will replace product with an equal or better product.
Step 3 - Refund: If we are unable to repair/replace your purchase during warranty we will refund you the purchase price excluding shipping/handling charges.

Free toll free phone support during the warranty. Warranty does not include repairs made necessary by obvious abuse, damage due to negligence, fire, water, storm, burglary or any act of God.

Return / Exchange Policy: Exchange for items may only be made within 14 days from date of purchase. Exchange returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
