Shipping Policy We offer free shipping to all of our domestic customers by the shipping methods described below. For international customers, we offer a discounted shipping rate that is adjusted to cover additional shipping expense less the cost if we were to send the item domestically. So, international customers, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to a commitment to buy/bid on an item. Domestic Buyers: Packages less than 13 ounces will be shipped via First Class mail. This method of delivery can take up to 5 business days for delivery per the International Buyers: Items valued over $50 will be shipped via Insured Priority Mail International. We will not send items as a gift for customs purposes. And, we will not declare items less than the sale value in order to reduce customs duty. For Canadian customers purchasing video games, please add an additional $1.00 USD for shipping. Friendly Return Policy At Vintage Collectibles and Gifts customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We want to make it as easy as possible to return any item you are not happy with, because we want you to return again and again and also continue recommending us to your friends. We test and inspect all of our items thoroughly. However, if the merchandise you received was defective when we stated that the item was in good operable condition in the listing, or any other error was made by us, simply return the merchandise within 14 days of the original shipping date for a full refund. We will also reimburse for return shipping on the item(s). For unwanted items, we will be glad to offer a refund minus the original cost to ship an item and a 15% restocking/relisting fee if applicable based on the following guidelines: All items sold as new in box must be unopened in original box. All extras and accessories must be included with the return. All items must be returned in same condition it was received. A 15% restocking/relisting fee is applicable on all brand new electronics, computers, monitors, game systems, camcorders, and digital cameras. Collectible Items For our customers that purchase rare collectibles valued at $500 or more and fine china, please contact us with in 7 days of receipt to discuss return options for these types of items. Again, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. At Vintage Collectables and Gifts, we thoroughly inspect items by two or more employees in order to provide the best possible objective and accurate description. However, if you feel the description is inaccurate, then please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the matter with you. As-Is Items All of our items are available for local pick-up. If you choose this option we will not offer a return on these items. These items will be considered sold as-is and without warranty since you will be able to personally visually inspect and test the item before you take it. If you wish to choose this option, please contact us to set up an inspection/pick-up date and time. Our goal is to provide a positive 5 star DSR experience.
