You are bidding on a vintage magazine advertisement in very good condition which promoted the item described in the listings title,a luxurious Winter Home real estate on exclusive STAR ISLAND in Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach Florida "ideally situate at the extreme tip of egg-shaped Star Island" on "beautifully landscaped grounds of over 2 acres" and "336-foot frontage on Biscayne Bay protected by concave wave-repellent sea wall / Approximately 250-foot frontage on the driveway serving the colony" plus more text & photos. This nice 1946 ad was placed by Kenneth Ives & Co, 17 East 42nd Street New York and would look great framed, especially if you are or have been one of the owners or real estate agents who have a connection with the property. Bottom right corner has been bent as seen in photo.
