Resort Information
Located in the Cascades section of the resort, the Sheraton Vistana Resort is located just minutes from Walt Disney World. This expansive luxury resort is among the top resorts in the country, and is the perfect place for unforgettable vacations. With a lush, tropical, park-like setting, soothing fountains, and world-class amenities, it is truly one of the top destinations in the US. The resort features 7 swimming pools, 8 outdoor spas, 3 saunas and steam rooms, two full service restaurants, an 18 hole mini-golf course, and a general store with its own Pizza Hut and Haagen-Dazs outlets, all located on 135 acres of land laced with fountains and lakes. Guests can certainly enjoy the tanning beds and massage facility or just get a chair massage without even leaving your poolside chair! As if that was not enough, the facilities also include basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, and 13 tennis courts, 3 recreation center and game rooms, fully equipped fitness centers, and much, much more. About The Condo
This magnificently appointed luxury vacation home (deeded as unit #270809) is a large two bedroom “Lockoff” condo. The word “Lockoff” means that this vacation home is really TWO vacation condos in one. It has two kitchens, two living rooms, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and two separate entrances. The unique part about these two separate homes is that they are connected by a specially designed Lockoff door that when left open the two homes are combined, thus making it a two bedroom condo. However, that Lockoff door can be closed and secured, thus creating two separate homes that can be occupied by two separate families with total privacy.
Another great benefit is the ability to EXCHANGE your lockoff unit with a trading company and get TWO separate vacations in two different places. Each for a full week. So, the bottom line here is that you own ONE timeshare with only ONE maintenance fee, but you can use it to trade for two full weeks!
These beautiful vacation condos are fully equipped with a kitchen and two baths, private balcony, a romantic Jacuzzi tub, plus a washer/dryer right in the unit. The whole family (up to eight people) will be very comfortable in this luxurious condo. All homes at this resort are professionally decorated and fully equipped with everything you'll need to make your stay one you'll remember for a lifetime including all kitchenware, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, etc. All you will need to do is show up and enjoy!
The Week
The week is #28, a lovely mid-July week, when the Florida weather is warm and beautiful. Plus, the kids are out of school for Summer Break making this one of the most powerful weeks in the exchange systems. You can use the week yourself or you can trade your Prime RED week for one of over 4,600 resorts in the RCI Exchange System (the RCI code is 0450) or the Interval International system (II Code is VIT) as it is affiliated with both. The trading power is really excellent as this resort area is very popular year round. It is permanently deeded and yearly fees total $890, a bargain for such a great vacation home. The resort has had an excellent trading history for places like Bahamas, Las Vegas, Steamboat Springs, Vail, Mexico, and others. This is a deeded timeshare, which means you own it forever; leave it to your kids or sell it whenever you are done using it.
 
 
 
Important……READ THIS BEFORE YOU BID !!!
Most timeshares are deeded property, and as such they go through a relatively simple yet sometimes lengthy process in order to transfer ownership, just like any other real estate transaction. New deeds must be created and executed, then sent to the appropriate county for recording, and then sent to the resort for their own transfer processing. While the closing company we use is the best and fastest in the industry (in many cases completing the transfer in just a matter of weeks), no one can control the county recording offices or the resort management and the time they may take to complete their portion of the process. Therefore, the purchaser of this timeshare must understand that the transfer of ownership into their name may take at least sixty days or even longer. If you do not understand this or are the impatient type, please do not bid on this item. Thank you.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is pretty simple and straightforward. We go to great lengths to make sure that our auctions are correct. We go thru an Estoppel process which means that we double check our information by getting the resort or the resort management to confirm our information in writing. But even with all that effort sometimes the information is wrong thru no fault of our own. With that said, please know that if you find that we described the item incorrectly we will offer you a full refund and take back the item.
More Details
There is no mortgage on this timeshare. Maintenance and taxes are up to date. You will receive a Warranty Deed, which means that you are guaranteed free and clear title with no encumbrances.
The purchaser will begin ownership with the 2010 week, and will be responsible for the 2010 maintenance fees.
Please note that this is the time of year when the resorts begin to send out their maintenance invoices for the upcoming year. Therefore the new purchaser must agree to forward payment for the 2010 maintenance fees if the closing company requests it, as this resort will require the payment to accompany any transfer documents.
Please note that the pictures you see in this auction are of a "typical" unit. They were supplied by the resort itself or one of the exchange companies. If you need more detailed information please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to tell you anything we can, however please do so BEFORE you bid. We would hate for you to win the auction only to find out later that there was a question you didn’t ask, thus making you back out of the transaction. eBay does not look kindly on bidders who don’t follow thru with their promises, and we follow eBay’s rules on reporting “Non-paying bidders”. Please check out their “Three-strikes-and-you’re-out” rule as they’ve gotten pretty strict on enforcing it these days.

The closing of this transaction will be handled by a professional closing company with many years of experience in the transfer of resale timeshares. This company is an “Accredited” member of the Better Business Bureau, with an A+ rating. Their price for closing is quite reasonable and very competitive. We use this firm and this firm ONLY. Why? Because we’ve tried several over the years and most have disappointed us (and our customers) one way or another. This company is fast, thorough, and responsive. And in the rare case that they make an error they admit it, and fix it. Please don’t ask us to close this transaction any other way because we will not be able to accommodate you. The cost to the purchaser will be only $435. This price will include all closing costs including document preparation, deed recording, priority mailings, and all county, state, and municipal transfer taxes and recording fees. They will even register the new deed with the resort on behalf of the new owner.
