All items paid for in a timely manner (All items are required to be paid for within 10 days) are eligible for our no questions asked return privelage. Though we do everything we can to ensure that the item you receive is better than you could have ever expected, there will be times when you may want to for whatever reason return your purchase. Just email us within 3 days of receipt and we will forward you an RA# and return instructions. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Your purchase price will be refunded in full less a 10% restocking fee, shipping handling and insurance is not refundable, for items with free shipping the shipping cost will be deducted. If we made an error with the product or description we will of course reimburse all shipping costs both ways and waive the restocking fee.  Though we do our best,  mistakes do happen with pictures, titles or descriptions.
