I DID NOT NOTICE ANY RIPS TEARS OR LOOSE PAGES ON THE INSIDE. THER IS MINIMAL SHELF WEAR TO THE COVERS. BOTH BOOKS HAVE THE EXTRA PROTECTIVE COVERING.

MY #! GOAL is to give my customers/buyers the best service and items that I can. I work hard on my listings and acquiring the items for you. I try to be HONEST and TO DESCRIBE the item accurately to the best of my ability. I sell mostly used items rarely new items. During the holiday season it may take a bit longer, last year both my husband and I were exhausted most of the time.  Even so we still try to stick to our rules and ship within 1 business day after we receive cleared payment.

As SHIPPING TIME as I previously stated we ship with in 1 business day, but once your item is in the hands of the POST OFFICE I have no control over the item.  During the Holiday Season you may want to try and order a bit sooner.

Normally one or the other of us is on the computer between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM eastern time. Monday thru Friday. We are 68 but we try to stick to this schedule as much as we can.  Please take into consideration that we too have DOCTOR”S APPOINTMENTS

 

NON-DELIVERY CLAIMS

I ship via confirmed USPS Mail so I can track all shipments to ensure delivery and to prevent fraudulent claims.  Most of my customers are wonderful and honest people (I have lots of repeat buyers) but occasionally there are the few that try to ruin it for the rest of us faithful EBAYERS! If you do not receive your item with in two weeks you should contact me or use the trace number that we send you to see where the item is located. Usually when the POST OFFICE is contacted the problem is resolved.
