Donna enters Dean's world as a reticent tourist gathering reports for The Premier's Office and is totally caught off guard by her desire to participate in this underground world. Instantly drawn to Dean, she indulges in the mutual attractionand discovers the pleasure of life on the other side of the line.Watching over Donna is the cynical Detective Mark Field, played by Joel Edgerton (The Secret Life of Us and films including Ned Kelly, Star Wars: Episode III - The Revenge of the Sith, Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones) who runs the task force set up to bust the gangs.Joining Dean in his tight-knit gang are Joe (Paul Pantano), Riz (Vico Thai), and the gutsy EC (Nicole Da Silva). The three follow Dean as their leader and, as his confidence in the underworld grows, he leads them all on a downward spiral.Creator John Edwards, whose outstanding work portfolio includes Love My Way, The Secret Life of Us and Police Rescue, has assembled an exceptional cast and crew.
