By placing an order online, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the following Policies and our Terms & Conditions.
I. Return Policy
All merchandise is brand new first quality and completely guaranteed against material or workmanship defects. However, in a case where the item is received defective, damaged or Incorrect you may return all unused items purchased at Smart Bucks Online Store within 72 Hours of the original delivery. No returns claims will be accepted after 72 Hours.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Garments Sent as a result of our error.
We will issue you merchandise credit within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
Absolutely no returns on printed, worn, washed, decorated or otherwise embellished merchandise.

If the item is returned for any other reason other than as described above, you are responsible for the two way shipping costs. Also you will be charged a restocking fee of 20 percent.
The items such as Undergarments, lingerie returns will not be accepted under any circumstances (for health reasons).
Returns must be shipped via ground shipment through USPS First Class Mail Service Only.
All returns must include Original packaging, Original intact garment tags (if exist).
Any discount received as part of a quantity purchase will be forfeited in case of returns.
II. Unclaimed or Refused Shipment, Purchase Cancellation
Unclaimed or refused shipments may be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20%, in addition to freight charges.
Cancellations of orders already pulled may be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20%.
III. Loss in Transit
Because we cannot assume responsibility for package once it is out of our Warehouse. Any losses or damages during transit are not covered under our responsibility
We recommend you insure your package for the purchase price of the merchandise before buying.

We Ship worldwide and the items are generally released from our warehouse within 24 hours of the sale, Monday-Saturday, except public holidays.
Cost
We encourage our customers to purchase multiple items to save on shipping cost. Each additional item will save you money on shipment. Costs on the combined shipping are as low as $2.50 for each additional item.

Duties/ Customs
Generally our items do not incur duties/ taxes. In the rare event that your parcel is liable for duties/ taxes, the buyer is responsible for all duties/ taxes within their country.
