I am sorry but my return policy has recently changed.  I do accept returns but a refund is not given until I sell the item to a new buyer and you ship the item to them and it is received by them.  I refund only the price of the item not the price of shipping.  I have been selling for years and have never had to have a policy like this before.  It seems in todays economy I am inundated with returns.  I am a small business and just cannot afford them.  I would like to try this policy rather than not accept returns at all and see how it works out.  Thanks. Deborah
