All clothing items-with the exception of vintage items-come directly from our home or a family member.  I measure all garments lying flat and unstretched - taken from the front center of the shoulder to the front hem ~ side to side/etc...so for waist and hip measurements you will need to double the measurements I have noted.  I provide measurements as a courtesy...they are not exact measurements (perfect) - so please do know the size you need.  When lots of clothing are listed-measurements will be given below for the garment(s) measuring the smallest.  I will not refund a payment because an item does not fit they way you were anticipating or the item measurements vary slightly when taken in your home than from the measurements provided in the auction listing.  I do not accept returns...and I do not refund shipping costs.  All footwear measurements provided are taken on the sole of the shoe unless otherwise noted.  Please use the measurements provided below to determine the proper fit.  Any noted defects or signs of wear will be noted in the listing.
