Today's bride's usually wants her own gown, so it is no longer a tradition to "wear her mother's gown" - so instead of packing your gown away in box turn it into a beautiful keepsake Christening Outfit.

Set includes Long Christening Gown with a matching bonnet.

We will work together to design the style that best works with your gown. I use the fabric and trims from your wedding gown and the trims. You send me your wedding gown and we will communicate via email and phone, during the process. I will send you back a beautiful heirloom. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks from the time I receive your gown for the delivery of the completed christening gown. If you need a rush, please contact me so I can try to accommodate you.

The gown arrived at our house this morning. It was so exciting to unwrap the box in anticipation of what was inside. The gown is absolutely perfect. I immediately pulled it out and tried it on my daughter, bonnet and all. I cannot express to you enough how pleased I am and thankful I am to you for making such a beautiful and valued heirloom for our family. As I'm sure most people are, I was a little worried just sending off my wedding gown to a complete stranger and asking her to cut it up and make it into something new. But I'm so glad I took the risk. It is nice to know that there are people out there like you who cherish and understand the sentimental value of such a treasured piece. I can't wait for all of our family and friends to see Caitlyn in her gown on her baptismal day. We will be sure to send pictures to you of her special day when we return from Texas. All Christening Gowns are shipped via priority mail with insurance and tracking. Other arrangements can be made during our discussions on the construction of the gown. I will also give you the date I ship the gown, so we are in the same time frame. I always include the remnants of the wedding gown with the christening gown.

Only serious bidders only please. I do not offer returns, these garments are made of quality fabrics and by a professional seamstress (me). All seams are serged. I give the full description of the garments plus the measurements so there should be no reason to return the garment. Most of my garments are one of a kind, with the exception of children's boutique casual wear. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. I am sure you will be more than pleased with the quality of my garments. I have almost 30 years of experience sewing special occasion garments and won numerous awards for my designs.
