Item will be shipped via FedEx Ground which has a 2 to 5 business day transit time (business days exclude weekends and holidays).  See shipping time map in our About Me page: blue and red "Me" symbol on upper right corner of this page. To reduce cost and to ensure wrapping paper does not get torn off and losing shipping label, this item will be shipped in the manufacturer's original packaging. If you would like to conceal the content of the box, please email us at the time of purchase to request free wrapping with brown Kraft paper.

U.S. shipping charge is for 48 lower states and shipping insurance is included. Please email us with your ZIP code for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Box, APO or AFO shipping rates via US Postal Service. FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes, APO, or AFO addresses.

Canada shipping is via USPS Priority Mail International, a 4-10 day delivery.  Canada Post charges a flat $5 processing fee (responsibility of the buyer) and will collect it at the time of delivery along with any Canadian taxes. Customs inspection may add significant delay on rare occasions.

We accept PayPal. We expect a response within one day of auction's end, and payment within seven days. Please make sure your email address on eBay is correct as we will email you status of the order. If you would like to ship the item to an address that is not yours, please enter the recipient's address as the ship-to address during checkout.  California residents will be charged California state sales tax.

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please email us within 60 days for return. Item must be returned with original manufacturer's box and packaging. We will exchange it for another one or refund your entire purchase amount minus shipping fee.
