This auction is for an Estate / Vintage  Good condition  hard covered book with dust jacket  entitled:    "Don't Go Near the Water"   "The side splitting story of an intrepid task force of dedicated naval officers who made almost everything but sea duty!"   By  William Brinkley.  Published by Random House, New York copyright 1956 - Eleventh Printing - Book-of-the-Month Club Selection.   Dust jacket has wear on the edges, corners and spin with a tear on the back and sticker marking on the front.   Covers are in good condition.  Binding is secure.   All pages intact, free of cutouts and unwritten on.    Measures: 5 1/2" x 8 1/4" and has 373 pages.
