Three Betty Crocker cookbooks. 

Betty Crocker's Good and Easy Cook Book.  The smaller book, approx 5 1/2 x 8.  Spiral hardback, Simon & Schuster,  Stated First Edition, First Printing, Copyright 1954 (only date shown), 256 pages.  Because of the covers I'm rating this in poor condition.  The front cover is completely detached,  the back cover is missing entirely, the last index page, # 256, ends at the letter 'Y' - it is possible the last index page is missing.  Several age spots throughout, brown newspaper stain due to a clipping.  Last index page is torn.  All other pages are okay.

Betty Crocker's Do-Ahead Cookbook.  Recipes for the Freezer and the Refrigerator.  $2.95 on cover. Softcover,  Golden Press, sixth printing, 1977, 160 pages.  Nice copy.

Betty Crocker's 40th Anniversary Edition Cookbook.  5-ring binder.  Prentice-Hall, 1991, 7th Edition, 432 pages.   Some damage on title page, light page browning.  Another fairly nice copy.
