Vint. Workn'Sport Short Hunting/Work Boots, USA, 8.5,NR

Good condition pair of vintage Made in USA Workn'Sport short hunting/work boots. The size printing is not readable so I am estimating size as 8-1/2D based on my own feet but please refer to the following measurements so there is no dispute over the size of the of the boots. The soles measure 12 inches from heel to toe (heel against wall), 3-7/8 inches at the widest part of the sole under the ball of the foot and the overall height of the boot is 6 inches including the approximately 3/4 inch heel. (Also, the green aftermarket insoles were stamped size 8 and were too small for the boots. The insoles were deteriorating and have been discarded) The leather uppers are in good condition with no cuts or holes but there is a fair amount of wear, soiling and scuffing on the toes. The Biltrite Muron Crepe soles show quite a bit of wear, particularly under the ball of the foot and outer heel areas. The soles are the sewn on type so the boots can be re-soled. The uppers are unlined with light padding on the collars. The tongues are not padded and are sealed up to the third eyelets to help keep water out. The leather insoles are padded and in good condition. This nice pair of vintage Red Wing Irish setter boots is being offered with no reserve, low opening bid and $11.05 postage to all US States via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. International postage to be determined by location.
