Aurora Generators have the most powerful engine you can get. Others sold on eBay are only 9 or 10 HP and without enough power the engine will bog down under load. The alternator will slow down and you will experience voltage fluctuations. This will never happen with this generator.

The engine is a direct injection 3600 rpm air cooled Yanmar style engine. It is EPA approved and is the most common diesel engine used in portable generators world wide. We build and assemble our own engines and because of this we have much higher quality control and carry ever single part that makes up this engine.  We are one of the only companies that does this and is why we are able to produce a higher quality product then any other.

This generator uses an AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) Others use only a Capacitor. This means our generator is safer for computers and other sensitive electronic equipment. The windings have no aluminum content and we never use CCA (copper clad aluminum) wiring. The alternator is assembled in house where it receives the same high quality control as our engines.

Customers love having the built in pre-heater function as part of the ignition switch.  The panel has 3 of the most common outlet types available.  L5-30 electrical outlet for full 30 amp at 120 volts where others limit you to 15 or 20 amps by not having this outlet. You also have the normal L14-30 and L5-20 120 volt outlet.

One of the things that make us different from many other companies is we deliver direct to your home. We do not charge extra for a lift truck so there is no heavy lifting involved. Your shipping costs are used to hire a freight company to pickup your package from us and deliver it to you. Freight companies will deliver to most residential addresses and commercial addresses at the posted rate and within 3-5 business days. They are requested to call you first to make sure you are there to accept it. Expect a call and please insure we have your contact phone number.

If you are in what the fright companies consider a remote or hard to access area like a farm or dead end road then there could be an additional cost involved. There is also an option to ship to a freight terminal where you can pickup to reduce or eliminate any extra charges if they quote us too high of a shipping cost to a remote area. There are no surprises or hidden fees like with so many other sellers. If you feel you can get a better rate or wish to pickup from us that is also fine.

We use two different locations to ship from. Atlanta GA & Toronto Canada. There is no cross border shipping involved. We service Canadians from Canada and Americans from the USA.

If using PayPal to pay for your order we can only ship to your registered confirmed address. A signature is required and a tracking number is always provided.

You are buying a new item only. Never used, never resold or returned. It must arrive in the same perfect condition it left here in or you are required to refuse it. Do not accept any shipping damage. Do not sign or accept delivery if it is not perfect. Your refusal to accept it will put the responsibility on the shipping company to fix any issues you may have. Open it up and inspect it. If you do accept something that is damaged in shipping then it will be your responsibility to make a claim with the shipping company within 48 hours. Please notify us as soon as possible.

When rating our shipping service with eBay feedback service please keep in mind that we ship your item out from our location often within 48 hours. If you do not feel this is a 5 star service and the shipping time is not acceptable please do not buy it. Transport Truck Shipping Companies have specific delivery times, routes and areas they service. Some areas they may only deliver on specific days of the week. Diesel generators are complex pieces of machinery and are not maintenance free. They do fail just like any other product can fail but unlike gasoline engines they are much easier to service. Most service you can do on your own. This generator comes with an Aurora 1 Year / 1000 Hour warranty. The warranty covers parts and labor it does not cover shipping. Just like a car, your generator also has a maintenance schedule that needs to be followed. There is required oil changes and adjustments that need to be done from time to time. If you are not able to perform your own service then you may be required to hire a professional. Following recommended procedures will help insure generator longevity and may be required to satisfy warranty policies. Contact me for complete warranty, website and support information. I can not post it here it is against eBay policy. The warranty policy is however posted on my eBay store for you to read. Please note that there is no warranty on, fuel pumps and fuel injectors.  Damage from lack of oil changes or commercial use for example.  All air cooled generators are intended for personal residential type use and should last you 1500 - 3000 hours with proper care.  Mounting the generator on a vehicle, using it for a home off the normal power grid or farm use for example is not considered residential use. If you need a generator to run full time you should be looking at a water cooled engine not an air cooled engine.
